Production Process

We produce strictly in accordance with the Production Operation Requirements. We adopt a series of measures as followings in order to make high quality raised access flooring products.

Phosphating Process (Metallic Surface Pretreatment)

Panelway’s Bare Finished & HPL/Vinyl Finished Cementitious Infill Steel Raised Floor Panels are first fully immersed in a corrosion resistant bath of phosphate to protect inner and outer surfaces prior to applying the epoxy powder coat finish.

Light-weight Cement Infill

The highly controlled mixture of light-weight cement is filled into the hollow steel raised floor panels by its gravity rather than injecting, which can avoid air bubbles, although this process cost us lots of labour power and working time.

Curing

All the finished Bare Finished Cementitious Infill Steel Raised Floor Panels are cured vertically rather than laid horizontally, which can avoid space between the steel sheet and the highly controlled mixture of light-weight cement.
